if the NICU walls could talk…

…they would tell you about the parents who have poured their hearts out to their tiny babies.  They would tell you about the parents who have sat and waited for days and sometimes months to be able to touch their child for the first time or to be able to feed their baby for the first time.  There are a lot of firsts, and many tears, joys and triumphs when it comes to the NICU.

They would tell you that every child and every parent pushes thru, not knowing what is going to happen next.  Those tiny babies are warriors and they are fighting to live.
